Christmas Swim

We had a late start to the day. My dad made us a big breakfast and we proceeded to open our presents! Soon afterwards we started getting ready for tonight's dinner. We cleaned up and us kids took off for a swim- my first outdoor swim since Tofino in the summer :) My parents proceeded to start on dinner.

We have family friends over now- so happy to be all together. So proud of the gifts we all bring to the table. Excited to find out where we're all headed.

The town has doubled this last week with university kids coming home to visit. It has been so cool to run into old faces- and wonder what everyone is up to passing through.

The water was a bit colder than Tofino's summer.

It has been a busy time. Ready for a new year.
