Home, home, home~

When I got back to Prince Rupert a few months ago it took me a while to adjust. After being away most of the year and without my job at the swimming pool, my place in the community felt shaken. Who was I without being Ocean the Lifeguard? 

I nested and rested and after a few weeks, began seeing more and more friends. This place is my home and I feel so thankful for the life it has gifted me. 

I was heartbroken to leave these people and season and yet I'm really content beginning a new fishing season. I've loved the pace so far. Slowly and surely. I'm not sure what the fall will look like but what a years it's been.
